Jerry got contacts for the Heating and A/C supplier from his current client

Jerry followed his dad everywhere and even attended top meetings with him. This was all area of his training to be an entrepreneur when he wasn’t in college. After high college, he went to supplier college and managed to raise capital to start a supplier by graduation. Jerry wanted to set his supplier where he would get a fine market for his services. So, he relocated to this lovely busy town and moved into a small house. Jerry’s house was conducive since he had a heating and A/C system and other amenities. In addition, it wasn’t in the middle of the busy city, and he could relax when not at work… One afternoon, Jerry spoke with a buyer on the iphone when his A/C system stopped working. This was odd, so Jerry had to ask him to check on the faulty A/C system for a few hours. Since this was a video chat, he put him on pause and went to check on the cooling unit. Sure enough, no cool air was blowing into the condo from the vents. Jerry got back to his video call, and just then, the buyer told him he could check out an Heating and A/C supplier in the city. The buyer explained he had contracted the Heating and A/C supplier to care for his heating and A/C system for 5 years. Jerry was grateful for the information because he barely knew any Heating and A/C specialists in this current city. After their talk, he got a hold of the Heating and A/C supplier, and they sent someone over to inspect the A/C system.
