I had heard so many negative things about gas and electric fireplaces, however I did not believe a single word of them because I knew people that had both electric as well as gas fireplaces and never said anything bad! I decided to go the electric fireplace rout for my home. And I have to tell you that although I was not thinking it was going to be bad, I didn’t know the electric fireplace was going to be this great! The way the electric fireplace looks is fabulous! Then let me tell you just how well the electric fireplace heats my living room. It heats up everything just as good as having my central heating system cranked…if not better! Also, because the electric fireplace doesn’t take up a whole lot of energy to run, I have been saving a lot of money on the electric bills every month ever since I got the electric fireplace! I highly recommend anyone who is looking for both a fireplace and a way to save money on heating their home to get one of these things! Forget what you read from other places on how electric fireplaces are bad. Trust me when i tell you that the electric fireplace is just as good as having a true authentic fireplace that would have been built into your home!
