I went camping in the middle of winter, and it was definitely one of the coolest experiences of our life, however obviously, I didn’t go tent camping or anything deranged enjoy that, then i own a 5th wheel that I took on the trip, and it was the first time that I have ever used the gas furnace on our camper; After taking a Winter trip with our camper, I l acquired a lot about the gas furnace in our camper and about how campers are built, then first of all, I can say that campers shouldn’t be used often while in the winter, then even though the camper has a built-in gas furnace to keep the camper warm, I discovered that the gas furnace doesn’t actually do a wonderful job at heating up the camper, then the gas furnace keeps the camper above cold, but there are definitely some colder spots in the camper when I use the gas furnace. Also, the gas furnace doesn’t prevent areas that are naturally from cold. The door in our camper is not sealed well, and on our first-night camping, the water pipes in front of the camper froze. There is literally a vent from the gas furnace right there, but it couldn’t confrontation the colder air. I have to say that the A/C works better in the camper than the gas furnace, but I am thankful that I tried it out, then next time, I will stick with the gas furnace in our lake house and save the camping for the summer time months. The A/Cs work a lot better, and camping is also much more fun in the summer.
