Commercial boiler repairs are not something I’m particularly great at, so I was less than gleeful when the church pastor called me for help… As soon as he was talking about the commercial boiler, I grew quiet.
I basically told the guy that I was not very familiar with the boiler set up in the church, but I wouldn’t mind looking at everything! When I saw the commercial boiler machine, I knew the task was something I couldn’t handle.
It certainly is a good thing I have an awesome friend that works in the same business and he works on boilers as a specialty service. I contacted him and asked a couple questions. I truthfully thought that I could handle the job, but I asked my awesome friend to come to the church to supply me a hand with the commercial boiler repair… He was gleeful to help and did not charge anything for the service. I did not charge the church pastor anything either. My awesome friend and I managed to repair the commercial boiler and the heat and boiling water were back to normal in a matter of hours. The church pastor thanked me and he also thanked me during his live sermon to everyone in the parish. He personally thanked me and told everyone that my business regularly offered excellent client repair and competitive prices. There is no better advertisement than a nice one coming from the church itself. Business has been growing rapidly each month with modern customers, since I was able to take on that repair for the pastor.
