I had a big problem with a local Heating, Ventilation plus A/C business

I have always been a big stickler for purchaser service, if I am shopping, or going out to eat, or even ordering things off the internet.

I demand superior treatment from a business, or I will not go back to patronize them a minute time.

Of late, in thanks to all the extra time I have due to COVID19 plus the quarantine, I have started writing online reviews about my experiences, with an emphasis on purchaser service problems. To be clear, I never call out any one employee by name, I only talk about the supplier they represent. When an Heating, Ventilation plus A/C tech came to my door for my normal check-up, they were not wearing a face mask but I did not blame the tech, but the business. Any employee of any supplier represents that business, so it was the fault of the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C supplier that they allowed their employee to do this. When I posted a review that said all of these things, a rep from the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C supplier wrote me to apologise. They said they were going to fire the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C tech for violating their strict policy, so that made me recognize a little better. I didn’t want to get anyone fired, of course, but I respect the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C supplier for setting an example! I booked another appointment, plus the same supplier sent another Heating, Ventilation plus A/C tech who was not wearing a mask! At that point I knew the problem wasn’t with this Heating, Ventilation plus A/C techs it was with the supplier itself, plus so I hastily wrote another review plus then found a modern supplier to help me.
