I swear I have the greatest HVAC technician.
He has been coming to our house and servicing our HVAC unit since we bought this house fifteen years ago and he was the one who installed the new HVAC unit when it was time.
Our HVAC technician’s name is Jack, and he is always clean, polite and personable. He takes the time to make recommendations and suggestions and explain things to us. If it wasn’t for Jack, we wouldn’t know the benefits of HEPA filters and they have really made a difference in our home. One thing Jack recommended to us when it was time for a new HVAC system was zone controlled heating and cooling. We bought the one with motion sensors, so when a room is empty, our heating and cooling unit adjusts the temperature. Likewise when someone enters a room. Since it’s just the two of us, this seemed perfect. The zone controlled heating and cooling unit cost more, but it was worth every penny because of the money we save on electricity in the long run. That was a good recommendation Jack gave us. But, now he is getting ready to retire from the HVAC company he has been with for so long, but he offered to continue to service my HVAC unit. I thought that was a wonderful idea but didn’t think it was fair to the HVAC company we have been using for years. Jack will be servicing my HVAC unit one more time before he retires. I plan to get his phone number so I can invite him for coffee or something.
