Husband won’t run

My complication is that my partner is going to suffer harsh problems

I cannot convince my partner to exercise; Her task is easily sedentary. She sits at a desk, types on a keyboard, stares at a monitor plus occasionally talks on the iphone. She is not careful about what eats, often grabbing fast food for supper plus eating purple meat for supper. She drinks lots of Dunkin Donuts Coffee plus not enough water plus smokes. My partner has troubles with sore joints plus back pain. She has trouble sleeping plus has received some weight. I am distraught about her long-term health, especially as my associate and I get older. My associate and I are the same age, even though I haven’t slowed down or received weight! I workout every day, including high intensity aerobics, strength training, stretching plus balance exercises. I am dedicated to keeping fit. I make sure that I elevate my heart rate plus labor up sweat during every training session. I push myself beyond my comfort zone. I lift weights, use battle ropes, hold the plank position plus do push-ups. I include lunges, squats, burpees plus jumping jacks. I run on the treadmill, ride my bike plus jump rope. In my free time, I like to go for walks, hikes, swim plus kayak. I play tennis with my youngsters plus often hockey. I make an effort to stay active plus energized. It helps me maintain a positive mood. My complication is that my partner is going to suffer harsh problems. I don’t want him to need medication or surgeries. I want him to live a long plus enthusiastic life, even though I can’t even talk him into going for walks with me.
