I recognize I just decided that enough was enough. It’s not that I was irritated inside my beach house all the time, but it seemed like it was far more often than it needed to be. So I decided to change things up, as we’ve loved living in this house. And not too long ago, my family had to replace the cooling and heating unit that we all had inherited when we bought the place. The old cooling and heating unit was in pretty nice shape plus still had some life in it. So we negotiated a much better price given how important residential cooling and heating is in this area. Nearly all of the prospective customers want a beach house that comes with a turn key heating plus cooling situation. But it worked out for us to keep the old cooling and heating unit. The thing just kept going so we simply kept up with the cooling and heating service. Finally though, it was time to pull the trigger on up-to-date residential cooling and heating. And we all ended up getting some great residential cooling and heating with all the latest cooling and heating technology. But the one thing all of us didn’t do was take into account the indoor air pollen levels. This would be something that we only ended up addressing here very recently. I have dust irritations and I’m allergic to tree and lawn pollen, plus pet dander. While I’m not just completely destroyed by these dust irritations, they do have a direct impact on my life. And I recognize I just finally decided that my happiness was worth the cost of great indoor air pollen levels. So my loving family just recently added a whole beach house air purification unit to the cooling and heating system. And I changed the old paper cooling and heating air filters over to HEPA filters. Our indoor air pollen levels are now as nice as it gets plus my cool little beach house is a dust sensitivity refuge.
