Why I got into Heating & A/C labor in the first locale

I went to university to read anthropology, of all things, this was over twenty years ago at this point, so some of the details are fuzzy, and i couldn’t tell you why I wanted to read anthropology, or what I could possibly do with such a degree except for teaching anthropology, but obviously that didn’t labor out the way I had planned, but that’s what is great about life – you never suppose what’s around the corner, and back then I stayed in the dorm, with a roommate named Sam, who was a big time pot smoker.

The dorm didn’t have central a/c, there was only a small unit mounted in the window, sam spent most of his time getting high, plus he would stand right next to the AC unit so he could exhale the smoke into the vent, however he thought that this would keep the room stinking clean, but in fact it only made the air filter dirty plus gross-stinking within a few afternoons.

I l gained how to take the AC unit apart so I could clean it, something I did once or even twice a week, until I was able to get a modern roommate. By that time it was too late, I was interested in learning more about AC repair, mostly because I didn’t see a future in an anthropology degree. If I could get our Heating & A/C certification, I realized, then I could be working for top dollar within numerous years. That seemed a whole lot better than continuing to pile up student debt, for a degree that had little future to it.
