We are building an addition onto our condo this year, we have been thinking about doing it for a long time & now I suppose the time has finally come, but our youngsters are getting larger & so are their friends & so the two of us undoubtedly need all of the extra space that the two of us can get.
We also have many giant pets that suppose that they own the venue.
They are big & slobbery & so the two of us need a lot of room for them to spread out. We have 1 big study room already but our partner & I started thinking that it would be good for us to have another living space for pretty much everyone to spread out in. I am pretty gleeful to get the project going but the 1 thing that I am worried about is our heating & cooling system. I’m just not sure if the two of us should try to tie in our existing heating & cooling system so it will work in the modern living part or not. I have looked into it & I know love there are pros & cons to both plans. I mean the two of us could leave it as is & just use the same Heating & Air Conditioning system that the two of us have always had but it will put a big strain on it with the modern part that it will need to provide heating & cooling for. Of course buying a modern Heating & Air Conditioning system just for the modern living part would be a undoubtedly extravagant endeavor as well; Either way I suppose that the two of us will love the modern living part once it is finished.
