There is no doubt that homeownership has been more complicated than I had certainly figured on.
I assumed that owning my own place would just be the highlight of life.
That hasn’t exactly been the case. My husband plus I have been in our place just about a year plus a half. Part of the sale of the new home was having the Heating plus Air Conditioning updated prior to the sale. The Heating plus Air Conditioning component was sort of midlevel which was fine. And, I certainly didn’t guess that much about Heating plus Air Conditioning anyway. The new home inspector sort of let us down on a few areas with the Heating plus Air Conditioning being one of them. The Heating plus Air Conditioning was simply not respectfully sized plus installed is the bottom line. The previous owner had a neighbor or a handyman install the Heating plus Air Conditioning unit. And, it was simply not the respected size for the volume of the house. It became fairly blatant to myself and others once both of us were in the new home full time that the Heating plus Air Conditioning wasn’t right. While I had lived in apartments plus condos up to that point, I still knew something wasn’t right. The Heating plus Air Conditioning was consistently on or cycling back on after running for an extended amount of time. The initial utility bill was all I needed to prove to myself that something was up. Every one of us had the Heating plus Air Conditioning people come out. They provided us the bad news that both of us were swindled on the Heating plus Air Conditioning. Thankfully, they are helping us rectify the situation while I contact a lawyer to hold the seller plus the new home inspector accountable.
