I almost killed one of the HVAC specialists that was toiling for me. I own an HVAC company in town. I love our job. I am so cheerful that I started our own HVAC company. The HVAC company has been a sizable blessing for our family, and it has gave for all of our needs. I love toiling on HVAC units, however I also love the administrative side of owning a business. I don’t know that I will ever regret owning our own HVAC company. However, that doesn’t mean that there are not harder parts of owning your own HVAC company. In our experience, the hardest area about owning your own HVAC company is dealing with the HVAC specialists in our HVAC company, managing people is consistently difficult, and periodically, it is tough to keep our cool with them. I almost killed one of the HVAC specialists that was toiling for myself and others this week. The HVAC specialist is no longer toiling for me, but that was his own choice. This HVAC specialist was easily close, and he has been toiling for the HVAC company for a long time. I was even considering giving him the HVAC company when I retire. However, he decided to go behind our back and steal all of our business. He stole money, projects, and even supplies to start his own HVAC company, and I didn’t find out until it was too late. When I saw the smug look on his face when he realized I knew what was happening, I almost killed him. Thankfully, I kept our cool and called the police. However, it wasn’t straight-forward.
