Thanksgiving is here. It seems hard to suppose as I’m still reveling in the fact that I got through another very boiling summer. Just sitting outside in the afternoon without hearing any of the heat pumps in the area is a special sort of bliss. So the idea that the two of us are this close to the holiday snuck up on me. But I love Thanksgiving. It might be my number one of the holidays. Cooking for my extended family is fun as well as I love having almost everyone over to the very modern home to celebrate. However, turkey afternoon also represents an annual message for me. That signal is to go to the immense box hardware store as well as get a case of modern Heating as well as A/C air filters. During the holidays, I have to change the air filter at least every third afternoon or so. This is due to the fact that our up-to-date home is filled with candles during the holiday. And I mean filled. There are candles lit throughout the first floor of the modern home for the holiday season. My wifey just enjoys candlelight as well as collecting candles has absolutely become a bit of a passion that our teenagers share with their mom. All that burnt wax goes somewhere right? You guessed it. The burnt wax in the air gets sucked to the modern Heating as well as A/C return where it lands on the air filter. Hence, the case of air filters getting bought just before Thanksgiving week.
