Replacing a dial thermostat in a pediatric clinic

Two of my friends, one a general practitioner and the other a pediatrician decided to venture into private practice together and to achieve this they set up a clinic together.

Since I am a heating technician, they asked me to be in charge of the installation of the heating and air conditioning system in the clinic.

To do this, they contacted the heating corp I work for and asked that I be in charge of the entire process, from the new installation to the repair of the heat pump install system that was already in place. I had been in the heating business long enough for them to trust me with the work. The building also had a boiler system that worked alongside the electric heat pump and we would use this as the source of heat for the heated floors that would be installed in one of the rooms in the pediatric wing. One of them had ordered a smart regulator from the local heating dealer for their home but they would now be using it to replace the old dial thermostat that was in place. They were not interested in any fancy heating device, they wanted the best from heating technology in terms of functionality and something that would last long. I would also schedule a biannual heating maintenance program because a clinic could not afford to have the heating and air conditioning system breaking down every now then. I also gave the clinic’s technical maintenance person energy saving tips that he would ensure were put in place once the system was up and running again to try and cut the energy costs.
