To say that I was surprised to love laboring from new home while I was in the pandemic would be a gross understatement.
Prior to being sent new home to toil in the air conditioner safety of home, I would never have thought to toil remotely.
Actually, our supplier even offered employees large incentives to toil from new home like many years ago. They were trying to get those who could toil from new home to do it in order to save on office space. This makes fantastic sense and there were many who opted to toil from new home in their own air conditioner. For me, I wanted to go to the new office with the zone controlled Heating and A/C. Plus, I couldn’t imagine not laboring in an office. It’s the only arena I had ever worked in our adult life. So giving up a new office with zone controlled Heating and A/C was out of the question. And then the pandemic made that all a moot point. Like everyone else, I was laboring at home. But to our fantastic surprise, I definitely liked laboring from home. And on top of that, I was doing some of our legitimately best toil as well. It’s taxing to believe however it’s the truth. So when it was time to go back to the office, I chose to stick to home. I even had a premade building put in the back yard to be our new new home office. Once I had the Heating and A/C supplier come out to install the ductless heat pump, the new office space was perfect. There is no doubt that our recent raise and added responsibilities are due to laboring from new home in this beautiful, quality heating and air.
