My fiance helped my kids build a substantial playcondo many years ago & it sits over on the side of our condo in the yard, however it’s entirely cute. It’s by far one of those playhouses that looks just like our main house. It even has little window boxes with flowers planted in them, but anyway, our kids play in the playcondo all hours of the day, & sometimes they even sleep out there when the weather is nice. Well, a couple of weeks ago, every one of us hired a local residential roofing dealer to come out & do a complete roof updatement on our house, my roofing & gutters were pretty old. I think they were genuinely about twenty years old give or take. The people I was with and I had never had a roof inspection done or anything, but we started to see that some of the shingles were coming loose & every once in a while, every one of us would find bits & pieces of the roofing scattered around the yard. When every one of us got a leak in the ceiling in the home office, every one of us knew that it was about time to call in a roofing professional. It turns out that it was a good thing they had insurance, too, because a single of the roofers who was driving the truck to gather some pieces of the seasoned roof accidentally backed right into the playcondo and eventually crushed it! My kids were beside themselves, but the roofing company handled it like a professional. Within a week, he came with a crew of his company buddies there replacing the whole playhouse. They made it so much better than it was before, plus they put a great current roofing & gutter system on it!
