Weekends are for a fantastic time in my mind.
But in reality, there are too many things to catch up on over the weekend.
All those chores that I didn’t have time for because of all the hours in zone controlled Heating as well as A/C at my place of work have to be done. And it essentially always ends up landing on my weekends. For too long, I just sort of made a passing effort at my chores on the weekend. I just didn’t want to be doing any of that to be entirely honest. Instead, I was hoping to be on a hockey course or doing something thrilling with the youngsters. So I decided to set alerts on my devices throughout the week to take care of stuff so it wouldn’t interfere with my weekend. Instead of coming to the lake house and sitting back in the air conditioner comfort, I attempt to do a single one of the chores from my list. And a single of the things that I have finally now gotten consistent about is the Heating as well as A/C equipment. I’ve been known to allow a dirty air filter to go unchanged for a few weeks. That’s just not doing things correctly. The Heating as well as A/C equipment is too essential to our lake house to let that happen. A dirty Heating as well as A/C air filter simply makes the Heating as well as A/C equipment work harder to do it’s heating and cooling task. That’s more energy wasted and more wear and tear on the heating and cooling equipment. Plus, it takes merely minutes to change the Heating as well as A/C filter. Getting this stuff taken care of during the week is freeing up my weekend hours, making me look wonderful around the property and protecting the Heating as well as A/C equipment.
