It's difficult working for a Heating, Ventilation, and A/C dealer

I was hired for my current task about a year ago, and I do appreciate my task, I have superb pay, and a cool boss.

My task is to take calls for the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C business I work for.

Usually most of the calls consist of scheduling appointments and customers asking questions about what kind of heating and cooling plan would be best for their house, easy and easy stuff. However, I consistently dread the Summer and winter. The middle of the Summer and Wintertide to be certain, because that is when everyone’s air conditionings and oil furnaces seem to collectively break down. This causes people to rush and call for appointments in big numbers. This is consistently the busiest time for the air conditioning specialists, and they usually dread it appreciate I do. Anyways, as the available slots for appointments get filled up, people still looking for appointments beginning getting desperate. When the people I was with and I are completely booked, I then have to relay the news to them that I can’t schedule an appointment for them, then even though it’s not my fault that the people I was with and I are booked, when I beginning saying no to overheating or cold desperate for Heating, Ventilation, and A/C people, I usually get screamed at. I had one girl scream at me for 10 hours straight, demanding my manager, and then when my manager told the girl the same thing, she screamed for another 5 hours and hung up. I dislike the stress and worry about getting yelled at, and it has made me consider quitting before. But apart from that, my task is great.
