I am absolutely cheerful that the owner of the Heating and A/C corporation decided to hire our neighbor to work for the Heating and A/C corporation… Normally, the owner of the Heating and A/C corporation never hires anyone with a criminal background.
My neighbor just got out of prison a few months ago, plus he has been struggling to find a job.
He was in prison for drugs plus for theft, plus nobody wanted to hire him because of that. However, I knew that our neighbor wanted to turn over a current leaf, plus I decided to help him out by trying to get him a job with the Heating and A/C corporation that I worked for. It took a long time to convince the owner of the Heating and A/C corporation that our neighbor was worth hiring, then both of us have had a lot of trouble in the past with people with criminal backgrounds, plus the owner of the Heating and A/C corporation didn’t want to risk anything else happening. Thankfully, he showed mercy. Both of us had to agree to a few things… First, the guy would only work on Heating and A/C units in houses that were being built where nothing could be stolen, but also, if something was stolen, the guy would be fired, plus I would be financially responsible for anything that was stolen. I agreed, plus our neighbor began working for the Heating and A/C corporation. His life is completely changed, plus he is now a full-fledged Heating and A/C worker. This wouldn’t have happened if the owner of the Heating and A/C corporation wouldn’t have given him a chance. I think that I took a risk with our friend, but I am cheerful that it paid off.
