I just moved recently, and I didn’t know it at first, but I moved right up the street from the local heating and air conditioning company! Forever I have wanted to live right next to a local heat and a/c company because if I ever have a heating and air conditioning emergency, they will be able to get to me almost instantly if they have HVAC workers available at that time.
I really lucked out on this one.
Now I can also walk to the heating and air conditioning company if I ever need to buy any HVAC related products. Such as portable air conditioning systems, portable space heaters, portable air purification systems and even air filters for my central heating and air conditioning system. I can not say that I know anyone that is this lucky to have stumbled onto what I have by simply moving to another neighborhood. It is a shame I am only a renter and do not own my house. Otherwise I could say that will stay here for life. Who would not want to live next to the local heating and air conditioning company? People just do not understand how important heating and air conditioning systems are this day in age and how important it is to be able to have heating and air conditioning in your home. Without heating and air conditioning, I do not know how i would survive! So this is just totally and utterly awesome all together that I now live where I do right by the heating and air conditioning company.
