Doing personal training before I get married

When stressed people go one of two ways.

They either stress eat or don’t eat anything.

Unfortunately, the more stressed I am, the more I start to eat. If there is a big pool party coming up and I am worried about my weight, I will eat to soothe myself. I always gain weight for major events. I am getting married in five months and I have already gained 10 pounds. I don’t want to be fat on my wedding day. I decided to seek professional help on this. I found a core progression near me that offers group fitness classes. A core progression is very different than a typical gym. A gym is where you scan your membership and then do your own thing. You use any machine and totally dog it. Nobody is monitoring your progress. A core progression only offers personal training. You can do a private session or sign up for specific classes like I did. A certified fitness expert runs the class and tracks your progress. Once a month the personal trainer goes over your goals and talks about how you are achieving them. As part of the program, nutritional counseling is required. The trainer handles your fitness while the counselor handles what you eat. I am hoping with these two experts I can lose weight and look good in my wedding gown. Maybe if I have a health plan I won’t break it and eat. Even if I do, working out with a trainer should surely help. I can always get a poofy dress if need be too.
