All of us are building an addition onto our home this year! All of us have been thinking about doing it for a long time and now I think the time has finally come… Our adolescents are getting greater and so are their friends and so both of us actually need all of the extra space that both of us can get.
All of us also have numerous large cats that think that they own the place. They are big and slobbery and so both of us need a lot of room for them to spread out. All of us have one big dining room already but our hubby and I started thinking that it would be enjoyable for us to have another living space for everyone to spread out in. I am pretty happy to get the project going but the one thing that I am anxious about is our heating and cooling system. I’m just not sure if both of us should try to tie in our existing heating and cooling plan so it will work in the new living section or not. I have looked into it and I assume love there are pros and cons to both plans. I mean both of us could leave it as is and just use the same Heating and A/C plan that both of us have consistently had but it will put a big strain on it with the new section that it will need to provide heating and cooling for. Of course buying a new Heating and A/C plan just for the new living section would be a easily high-priced endeavor as well, then either way I suppose that both of us will appreciate the new living section once it is finished.
