When my coworker told me that we were planning a big work retreat I was less than excited. I knew that we were supposed to be stoked about the current venture outside of the office together. However, there are few things that I dread more than interacting with my coworkers when I do not have to. They seem to be enjoyable people, however I do not have much in usual with these human beings. That’s why I begrudgingly allowed myself to go on this work retreat with zero expectations of having a wonderful time. You can imagine my surprise when the trip wound up being amazing. Specifically, the indoor air quality controls were unlike anything I have ever experienced. From the moment we stepped foot in the rental house, I was amazed by the indoor air handling devices. I thought it felt like a warm morning on the beach rather than the dead of winter. As I moved through every room in the house, I noticed that they had particularly managed indoor air qualities. In fact, every single room had a separate control device unit & an individual heating, cooling, & air quality control system that tested the space. This meant, everyone got to set their own indoor air temperature control settings for their own optimal comfort. As you can imagine, I was blissful about this indoor air handling surprise. I spent the entire retreat hidden away in my own living room where I could have complete control of the heating, cooling, & air quality control system. It was the best work event ever.
