Many of my coworkers felt the same way.

If they were able to sell the building in addition to lease the space instead it would save a significant amount of money each year, then without having to pay for these things they could save the money in addition to put it back into the company. It would mean a reduction in the Capital Holdings but in the long run it was a prudent move. It didn’t take long to find a client because the people I was with and I are located in an area where real estate is prime in addition to a wonderful investment. Now when the people I was with and I are faced with an issue in the building such as a plumbing problem or a Heating in addition to Air Conditioning issue the people I was with and I just call the proprietor in addition to they are responsible for fixing it.
