What to do while pregnant

I suppose after I give birth I am going to continue with my physical training courses

Being pregnant means it is unquestionably hard to work out. I am only a few weeks along & I still have trouble getting in gear. I am a lot more sleepy than usual & I can get warm easily. I am not allowed to crunch or do any sort of physical activity where I could fall. It also isn’t a relaxing thought to get my heartrate up too much or lift over 20 pounds of weight. My beach house gym used to be ideal for my needs. Now I am relying on a personal trainer. This way I at least suppose I am being healthy & safe while I was in my pregnancy. A fitness expert also keeps me motivated & working regularly. It is unquestionably easy to kneel around & just suppose sick when pregnant. My personal trainer regularly has me stretching, moving & twisting about. I suppose I am getting a very relaxing workout too. I do a ton of leg lifts, arm curls with low weights & I am doing cardio training. I don’t sprint on a treadmill anymore, however instead do a leisurely workout on the elliptical. Sometimes I am on a stationary bike or a rowing machine. I am using unusual muscles, properly I am sore & I am covered in sweat at the end of my training session. I count that as a task well done. I suppose after I give birth I am going to continue with my physical training courses. I can’t wait to see how rough the trainer can make it for me.
