Honestly? My business has done really great.
While a lot of other heating and cooling companies, and other businesses have struggled, my A/C dealer has always done very well. But I guess that can only go on for so long, because in the past year or so I have noticed a decline in visits to my official A/C corporation website. Not only that, but I am not having many people call in anymore either. This is a concerning trend, as it seems to decrease more and more. The thing is, I am not doing anything differently, so I am utterly baffled as to why this sudden change. It seems all of the other A/C corporations aren’t doing anything different either, so what’s the deal? I contacted my favorite online marketing company. This marketing company was the same company who helped me learn through their SEO business. Their business offers SEO services as well as many other things to learn about, like web building and link building. After talking to them, they told me that I needed to update my web design to something more modern. After taking a look at my website, I can see what they mean, it does look pretty old fashioned, and maybe that puts off certain customers. Thanks to their advice, I was able to update the web design to a much more modern appearance, and that seems to be the issue. My business is back to thriving.
