Want to look good on the beach

My partner & I are going on a tropical vacation this summer.

All of us are going to spend a little over a week just sitting on the beach & seeing the sights.

Since the majority of the time I will be in a swimsuit, I have decided to get outside help. I don’t want a flabby stomach, jiggly legs & soft arms moving around the beach. I suppose I am going to want to take pictures. It would be a shame if I only allowed myself to be photographed from the waist up. I found a health & wellness center near me that offers fitness training classes. You can do a personalized session with a personal trainer or do a class led by a fitness expert. I am right now doing a cardio intense class. All of us use free weights, jump ropes, bikes & even do a variety of yoga stretches. My face is beat red by ten minutes into the class. I sweat so awful it looks like I peed myself. Right now I am just hoping to drop some of my extra weight. After I suppose I am a relaxing size I will change my class to a more weight training one. I want to tone my arms, legs & stomach. Right now I am getting a relaxing workout, however there is unquestionably little weight training going on. Holding free weights while doing squats is something, but not decent enough for me. I want to look relaxed on my vacation. I might need to hit the tanning bed before I leave too.
