Upgrading to a new central a/c

I debated for a long time before finally replacing our central cooling system.

Although the a/c had lasted longer than I ever expected, it was beginning to show its age.

The component required minor however frequent repairs, plus the cost was suddenly adding up… Because our a/c was so outdated, it still used Freon refrigerant. Because of its ozone-depleting qualities, this genre of refrigerant has been phased out. Modern a/cs now use Puron refrigerant, which is much better for the environment. Any repairs for a/cs utilizing Freon refrigerant are now more costly plus harder to obtain, but not all Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C contractors will even labor on this style of a/c. Plus, today’s a/cs are significantly more energy efficient than our antique model. Instead of blasting at only 1 speed, these models incorporate stretchy speed technology. The system automatically adjusts speed in tiny 1 percent increments, somewhere between forty plus 1 hundred percent capacity, then once the system achieves the temperature control setting, it runs at a low speed to maintain ideal plus consistent temperature. It not only eliminates unpleasant temperature fluctuations however does a better job of getting rid of excess humidity. These units are much quieter plus more effective at circulating plus filtering indoor air. Although a new central cooling system was a large investment, I knew I’d reuse the initial cost through energy savings plus component reliability. And the new model would be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Now that the a/c is installed plus operational, I’m enjoying far superior comfort. I appreciate the numerous advanced features, including WIFI connectivity plus zone control.
