My buddy and I are honestly close to shopping, restaurants, plus the highway. It’s easy for both of us to get to work, because my pal and I can hop on the interstate plus drive north or south. Temperatures have been honestly sizzling plus humid while in the last couple of weeks. The a/c unit in our property has not been working honestly well. When my pal and I moved into the St. Augustine property a few months ago, it was easy to keep the property cool. My bestie plus I kept the control unit at 72 degrees plus the cooling system came on a couple of times throughout the afternoon. After 2 months, my bestie plus I began to notice a lot of indoor air problems. The hot plus cold temperatures were higher plus it seemed like there was more moisture in the air. My buddy and I talked to the maintenance staff about the cooling system problems plus they told us to change the air filter more frequently. That was last month, plus now the cooling system has to be upgraded. The maintenance staff contacted a local a/c service supplier to finally look into the moisture problems. That’s when they found the problems with the evaporator coils. The service supplier provided me with the exhausting news plus then they told the maintenance manager that it was time for my property to be upgraded with a current heating plus cooling system. There was no way they could argue with the opinion of the professional a/c service plus service contractor.
