Marshall has been living on his own for a year now.
Ever since college, he had rented apartments with roommates in the city.
It was so much fun living with mates during college and after getting his first job. They would hang out, watch the game, and even invite women over for a celebration now and then. But, when Marshall got a steady wifey, he said that he wanted to change his living status. His wifey is a focused lady with a thriving career, and she made it clear she wasn’t into the bro lifestyle. After 1 risky celebration with women that she found out about, Marshall knew it was time to grow up and move. However, he opted to buy a apartment to move into another rental apartment. He had the currency to spend money for a house, and it was time to make that first investment; One evening while hanging out with his wifey at his current house, Marshall came across a puddle of water in his basement. This was right beneath the cooling plan which had Marshall upset. They were using the cooling plan since it was in the middle of summer. Marshall decided to contact the Heating & A/C business the following morning to come check the source of the moisture. When the Heating & A/C worker arrived, Marshall directed him to the basement where he began his investigation. The issue was a jammed drain line which was blocking moisture from the cooling plan from reaching the drain pan. The blockage was caused by algae that the Heating & A/C worker dislinkd. He also updated the dirty air filter which improved the cooling system’s performance.
