I suppose all the people talks about how horrible it is to hire help around the house, however personally, I didn’t understand.
I’d always hired professionals that were appealing, however maybe it was because I was lucky! The HVAC corporation always sent workers that were on time and knowledgeable, the plumber I used was one of the nicest people I knew, and our electrician always did a wonderful job.
However, I finally had a horrible experience like all the people had always talked about, however last week, I hired the same HVAC corporation to come repair our HVAC plan for the cooler weather. When the HVAC professional showed up 30 minutes late, I began to panic. I was relieved when he finally rang our doorbell. However, as soon as I answered the door, I caught a whiff of alcohol. I stood at the doorstep listening to the HVAC professional tell myself and others that he was there to repair our HVAC system, although I couldn’t get past the alcohol odor. I kindly asked him if he’d been drinking, and he became legitimately angry and defensive. I didn’t want to cause a scene, so I told him that I didn’t need to have our HVAC plan diagnosed after all and shut the door and locked it behind me. I immediately called the HVAC corporation and explained what happened to a supervisor. They were harshly apologetic, and sent a peculiar HVAC professional over immediately. They also diagnosed our HVAC plan that day free of charge for the horrible inconvenience.
