I did not know what had caused her to get sick all of a sudden although I knew that I needed to get her some medicine; Luckily I have a fairly sizable medicine cupboard with lots of odd medicines for odd types of ailments & illnesses.
My granddaughter came to visit me this weekend; I was so thrilled to see her. I never get to see my grandteenagers as often as I like to & so every time they come over I love to spoil them, but everything went wonderful on Monday & my pal and I all had a wonderful time, however monday day however was more problematic, the bad thing had woken up with a fever & she was burning up! I felt so bad for her. I did not know what had caused her to get sick all of a sudden although I knew that I needed to get her some medicine; Luckily I have a fairly sizable medicine cupboard with lots of odd medicines for odd types of ailments & illnesses. Everything ranging from frosty medicines, to dust sensitivities, aspirins, & numerous other general over the counter stuff. I gave her some frosty medicine & also gave her a wet washcloth to put on her head to help bring her fever down, however the one thing that she honestly wanted more than anything was to have the air conditioner high, however so is it if she asked & I turned the air conditioner up high; The medicine & wet washcloth easily helps, however her favorite thing was the air conditioner by far. She was lying on the couch instead of the bed just so that she could sit directly underneath the air vent. She said the cool air from the air conditioner made her feel so much better, however as long as she has the air conditioner & keeps taking medicine I am hoping that this frosty or flu that she has will be over within a few days.
