The business is going downhill fast

It’s hard to watch a company slowly fall apart, especially when that business has been part of the community for more than 40 years.

  • Unfortunately, that’s exactly what is happening with the local heating and AC repair business down the street.

The man that owned the heating and AC repair business died about 3 years ago. When he passed away, his nephew took over the company. It’s clear that the two of them did not share the same business philosophy, because the once thriving heating and AC repair business near me is now falling apart and no one wants to call to use their resources. The reviews online from the last six months are horrible. People don’t like the customer service and they don’t feel like they are getting quality service or parts. Quality service and parts is really important and one step of the process that cannot be missed. Customers will return when they feel important and customers will return when they feel that they have received a good service for the price they pay. It’s hard for me to watch that business going downhill fast, but I’m hoping to acquire the heating and AC repair business when it isn’t worth very much. I plan to absorb all of the customers and the business and move my repair business to that property. I honestly think that the property where the business is located it’s probably worth more than the business itself. There are still several commercial customers that remain loyal and I wouldn’t mind picking up all of that business for 10% of the company’s old worth.
