Every day, it seems like we get more and more junk in the mail.
There are usually 10 flyers or pamphlets for every single piece of mail that is actually important.
I usually throw those things in the garbage and never give them a second look. Last week, I was taking the mail out of the mailbox and a large coupon from the AC company was sitting on top of the stack. Since the weather is starting to get cooler, I decided to place the coupon with the stack of important mail. I didn’t look at the coupon until much later that evening, when I was going through the stack of mail. The AC company was offering amazing fall specials on tune-ups and service repairs. I was quickly reminded that it was time to schedule a seasonal tune up appointment with our AC company. We usually have the same person perform the tune-up, but this particular company was offering an amazing special. I called them the next morning to schedule an appointment. I had my choice of days, so I chose the following Thursday. The AC technician that came to look at the machine was very knowledgeable and friendly. He performed a thorough tune-up and even gave me a piece of paper with all of the results. Everything looked great, but he did recommend that it was time to change the air filter. I couldn’t believe the AC company offered such an amazing service for an unbelievable price. I will probably use them in the future if they continue to offer coupons and seasonal specials.
