The two of us have spent so multiple years celebration around the family table plus it has been some of the best times ever.
As the two of us reminisce each year the two of us always bring up the year that Mom almost blew up the house. Yes, that is what I said, the two of us entirely feared for our lives that day! Not only did he destroy the turkey that year he ruined the air handler outside too. He decided that he wanted to deep fry a turkey plus didn’t follow all of the guidelines. He overfilled the oil pot plus when he dropped the turkey in the oil that poured over the top burst into sparks. If that had been it the two of us could have endured it but it started a chain reaction of events that was nothing but horrifying. The sparks hastily spread to the picnic table, chairs, plus bushes. Mom ran for the fire extinguisher but by the time he returned the air handler cover had melted too. It was made of taxing plastic plus the top of it was a mess. Once the fire was out plus all the people calmed down the two of us started thinking of how bad it could have been. The two of us ended up ordering Chinese for lunch that year plus Mom had to contact the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C supplier the next day to come give him an quote on fixing the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C unit. Thankfully the homeowners insurance paid for the repairs plus Mom gave up the idea of deep frying a turkey ever again. The two of us can laugh about this all these years later plus the two of us have had multiple great memories to upgrade that awful a single.
