Practice what you l received and you will be fine.

After our apprenticeship was over, I was ready to go on our first Heating, Ventilation, and A/C repair, with no one going with me.

I should be ready, ‌but I wasn’t sure.

It petrified myself and others that I was going to screw up and make a major mistake. I was sure that if I couldn’t service the air conditioner unit, and it had to be replaced, they would hold myself and others responsible. I held our breath as I walked up to the lake house of the A/C owner. I followed all the rules they taught myself and others and showed her our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier ID. I introduced myself and waited for her to show myself and others where the A/C machine was. Her husband followed myself and others outside and stood there talking to myself and others as I ran tests on the A/C unit. At one point, I got overwhelmed, and he talked myself and others through it. I told myself to remember what I l received and relax. I didn’t know the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier owner had sent myself and others to the lake house of a retired Heating, Ventilation, and A/C worker. The person had trained new Heating, Ventilation, and A/C workers and worked as an educator at the local Heating, Ventilation, and A/C training classes. I couldn’t have asked for a better first-time experience. I gained confidence in our ability as an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C worker and l received I was better than I thought. I would not have wanted our first A/C service task to go any better. When I went to our next air conditioner repair, I was prepared. I followed all the rules our boss had given myself and others and waited for the owner to take myself and others to the A/C unit. Once I got into the A/C unit, I felt confident in our ability and couldn’t wait until I was heading to our next Heating, Ventilation, and A/C repair.
