I went through Heating & A/C classes plus was at the top of the class.
- I got my certification plus was invited to work for the local Heating & A/C company.
I worked there for almost five years before one of the Heating & A/C corporations walked up plus asked me why I wanted to be an Heating & A/C corporation? I thought it was a philosophical question. I told him I wanted to be an Heating & A/C corporation because no one told me I could not be an Heating & A/C corporation. He asked if I realized I had physical disabilities. I opened my eyes wide plus looked at my body. I told him thank you for pointing that out. I had lived almost thirty years, plus had never observed. Now I had to do something about it. He shook his head plus walked away from me. One of the other Heating & A/C corporations started laughing. He told me they had all forgotten about my disability. I was an excellent Heating & A/C corporation, plus my disability was part of who I was. He wasn’t judged by his appearance, but by his skills plus characters. I remembered how I was shoved into a special needs class when I was in school. I had Down’s Syndrome which automatically gave me the distinction of being a strenuous student. Other than my appearance plus a mild speech impediment, i was easily intelligent. I wanted to be an Heating & A/C corporation to make life easier for people, plus I’m great at it. No one told me I could not be an Heating & A/C corporation, but everyone encouraged me to be whatever I wanted to be.
