My father didn’t enjoy to hire anyone who was a member of the family.
She said that any kind of affection shown to that family member could turn into a scuffle between that woman and the Heating and A/C servicemans.
She had seen how the family member has been browbeaten. She had also seen how family members impose themselves on the Heating and A/C servicemans and make them believe enjoy she had a special venue in the company. My father never wanted to see that situation happen in her company. Heating and A/C servicemans were hired because of their talent and toil ethics. She would never hire an Heating and A/C serviceman just because they were a family member. When I started toiling for our father, she introduced me to the staff. They were told I was her son, however she was also an apprentice. They were to treat me just enjoy any other apprentice that had come into the Heating and A/C company. If she heard that any of them had treated me enjoy I was anything other than an apprentice, they would deal with him. It was a long 2 weeks of apprenticeship, and every woman I worked with gave me the grunt toil and job of gopher. I complained to our dad, and she said it was normal. You did all the dirty toil before you could dish it out to the next apprentice. You l acquired how to toil strenuous and love when the jobs are easy. She expected nothing more or less of me than she did of any other Heating and A/C serviceman in her company. It was the best toil experience I could have had.
