I sat with Max & the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C specialist while he gave him the chances he had for heating
I knew there was a boiler in Max’s home, however the boiler heater had been in the house since we were a children, but he had me distraught last week, however Max called & said his furnace was boiling, and all I could think was that the temperature control inside the water boiler had been broken & the water was getting hotter than it should be, however i contacted the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C corporation & asked if they could get to Max’s & check the boiler. Two hours later, I was talking to Max when the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C specialist arrived. I walked over to Max’s house so I could be there when the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C specialist was done with the boiler… He came upstairs & told me that he had gotten there just in time. The hot water was so hot that it was steaming & it could have caused pipes to burst. He told Max that the boiler had to be at least fifty years old, & he didn’t think he could repair it. He had already turned off the boiler, & turned on the electric hot water heater, so he wasn’t separate from hot water. I sat with Max & the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C specialist while he gave him the chances he had for heating. I was fatigued of watching Max struggle with the boiler & window air conditioner units; When I was just eighteen, I moved into the apartment above the garage, & it was time for me to take care of Max. I loved the mini-split Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system in the garage, & I wanted to get the same type of Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system for Max.
