I made this place from the ground up, plus I don’t mean that as hyperbole it’s real talk, but before this business was even a place I ran it out of the back of my panel van; It took a few months before I had enough coin scraped together to rent myself a more than two garage from an old friend of mine, however he wasn’t using me the space, plus let me use it for cheap for just over more than two years.
That’s the amount of time that it took to save up enough to build my shop, the same shop I run today.
At the moment there are eighteen unusual Heating plus A/C dealerships plus repair dealers in this town, however mine is the oldest. I still have the same van I started the business with parked out front, with our Heating plus A/C logo sketched as a mural on the side of it… Nice story, is that one time I found some trash laying inside the Heating plus A/C van plus realized that at night someone had been sleeping in it. That evening I was waiting around and noticed a local homeless man approach, plus when the coast was clear he climbed inside the Heating plus A/C van plus went to sleep. The next afternoon he was awake with the sun, plus I was waiting there for him with Dunkin Donuts Coffee and dinner when he got out of the Heating plus A/C van. I told him he was welcome to sleep there as long as he needed, plus I would give him the key to the Heating and A/C business so he could use the restroom. Two years later, he still works for me however now as an Heating and A/C service tech.
