Is it possible to fail at the same job twice?

After going to Heating and A/C technical school, I thought the final exam was the last thing I had to do before become an Heating and A/C serviceman.

I was wrong with this assumption.

I found out I had to take a six-week course for certification, and I had to pass the exam. Once I had our certification, I could get a job. I took the six-week course and flunked the test. My father told me I had gone far enough that if I gave up now, I would fail myself. I went back and redid the six-week certification course. On the morning of the examination, I was so uneasy that I could not remember anything I l acquired and I flunked the test for the hour time. I was sure I would never be an Heating and A/C serviceman. I was ready to go house and admit defeat, but our dad would not let me. She told me she didn’t raise her kids to be quitters or losers. She made me go back and take the six-week certification course for the sixth time. This time, she worked with me and helped me to study. She wanted to make sure I was ready for the examination. When I walked into the testing room, our hands were hot, and I could not think. I opened up the exam book and nothing made any sense. I could not remember the answer to the questions. I thought about dad and how she said to read the entire exam booklet before answering ‌questions. When I got back to the start, I was relaxed and ended up passing the Heating and A/C certification. I am now a certified Heating and A/C serviceman.
