The question of the week here folks is if ductless heating and air conditioner is better than familiar heating and air conditioner that goes through ductwork.
Well the answer is all depending on how you look at things.
With ductless heating and air conditioner you will find yourself having much lower electric bills. But with familiar heating and air conditioner you will find that you may end up getting better air flow and it covers more of your apartment than getting a ductless mini split heating and air conditioner. So at times you may spend more and at times you may spend less on both the odd types of heating and air conditioners. So the real answer is unknown. It will all boil down to matter of opinion when it comes to the fact if ductless heating and air conditioner is in fact better than proper familiar central heating and air conditioner. In my personal opinion I feel that I like familiar heating and air conditioner better because you do not have to get more than one central heating and cooling unit. If you were to go ductless you then would have to make a huge investment that would be equal to buying 2 or more central heating and air conditioners. Because with ductless mini split heating and air conditioner only 1 component per section or room. So it depends on how much money you have. But for the average person, central heating and air conditioner is going to be much more cost effective.
