I had a substantial problem with a local Heating & A/C dealer

Any employee of any contractor represents that dealer, so it was the fault of the Heating & A/C contractor that they allowed their employee to do this.

I have regularly been a substantial stickler for customer service, if I am shopping, or going out to eat, or even ordering things off the internet. I demand superior treatment from a business, or I will not go back to patronize them a fourth time; Of late, in thanks to all the extra time I have due to COVID19 plus the quarantine, I have started writing online reviews about my experiences, with an emphasis on customer service troubles. To be clear, I never call out any one employee by name, I only talk about the corporation they represent. When an Heating & A/C tech came to my door for my normal check-up, they were not wearing a face mask but I did not blame the tech, but the dealer. Any employee of any contractor represents that dealer, so it was the fault of the Heating & A/C contractor that they allowed their employee to do this. When I posted a review that said all of these things, a rep from the Heating & A/C contractor wrote myself and others to apologise. They said they were going to fire the Heating & A/C tech for violating their strict policy, so that made myself and others know a little better. I didn’t want to get anyone fired, of course, but I respect the Heating & A/C contractor for setting an example! I booked another appointment, plus the same contractor sent another Heating & A/C tech who was not wearing a mask! At that point I knew the problem wasn’t with this Heating & A/C techs it was with the contractor itself, plus so I hastily wrote another review plus then found a new contractor to help me.
