I started a new job a couple of weeks ago.
I was looking for an AC repair job for a while and this job was posted on a website. I applied for the job online and sent a resume to the company. The owner of the AC repair shop called me the next day. We set up an interview and I went to the AC repair shop to meet with the owner and the manager of the company. Both guys seem to be impressed with my resume. I have worked at several different heating and AC repair shops in the area. I haven’t really found the right place for me yet. I was hired a few days after my interview and I started a couple of weeks ago. I have been training with a guy named greg. I thought that Greg was a decent guy until something major happened to change my mind. Greg and I were working on a ductless AC installation job at a commercial business. The owner of the commercial business was gone at the time, but he gave us access to the office so we could install the ductless AC system. While we were there, something was stolen from the office. My boss wouldn’t even tell me what was stolen. I know that it wasn’t me, so it had to be great. Unfortunately, I got fired and so did greg. The boss has a zero tolerance for theft and there was no way that he could prove it was me or Greg so we both got canned.
