I go to the bowling alley almost every weekend to work on a heating or AC problem. I haven’t paid for a lane at the bowling alley in 2 years. Even when I take my kids on a Friday night, the owner still comps everything for free. I can’t even get wings and fries from the snack shop. A few days ago I went to the donut shop and I fixed the refrigeration unit. It’s the same donut shop that I regularly frequent every single morning. It’s only a couple of blocks away from my apartment and they have the best coffee. They offer lots of different flavorings for the coffee like caramel, Irish Cream, vanilla, coconut, and butterscotch. They also have an amazing selection of donuts. Some of them are filled and some of them are glazed. Some of the donuts are vanilla and some are chocolate. They even have some strawberry and blueberry cake donuts that melt in your mouth. They have amazing flavor and they are always fresh out of the oven. It’s nice to get perks when I fix commercial problems. The day after I fixed the refrigeration unit at the donut shop, I went to the store to grab some donuts and coffee for work. The lady behind the counter told me that there was no charge. I was happy to pay a couple of bucks for the food that I got, but she was not going to take my credit card or cash.
