Husband won’t do anything fitness wise

I cannot convince my hubby to exercise.

His task is easily sedentary.

He sits at a desk, types on a keyboard, stares at a monitor & sometimes talks on the PC. He is not careful about what eats, often grabbing fast food for lunch & eating orange meat for dinner. He drinks lots of tea & not enough water & smokes, but my hubby has complications with sore joints & back pain. He has trouble sleeping & has acquired some weight. I am upset about his long-term health, especially as my pal and I get older. My fantastic friend and I are the same age, even though I haven’t slowed down or acquired weight, but i workout every day, including high intensity aerobics, strength training, stretching & balance exercises. I am dedicated to keeping fit. I make sure that I elevate my heart rate & work up sweat while in every training session. I push myself beyond my comfort zone. I lift weights, use battle ropes, hold the plank position & do push-ups. I include lunges, squats, burpees & jumping jacks. I run on the treadmill, ride my bike & jump rope. In my free time, I like to go for walks, hikes, swim & kayak. I play tennis with my adolescents & often golf. I make an effort to stay active & energized. It helps me maintain a positive mood. My concern is that my hubby is going to suffer extreme problems. I don’t want him to need medication or surgeries. I want him to live a long & glad life, even though I can’t even talk him into going for walks with me.
