The local company I labor with does a lot of house services work, especially in the Summer plus Winter time weeks when everyone seems to be having a problem with their Heating & A/C system. I know a lot of people find out when they try to run their systems that there is a problem with them, plus so they call us frantically looking for help so they can be comfortable again. I guess many people are not superb at keeping their Heating & A/C method clean plus they end up causing harm to the method by running it when it is dirty. I’ve seen some HEPA filters with an inch of dust buildup on it plus it is genuinely amazing that the Heating & A/C method is able to pull any air in at all. I’ve known of more than 2 people, mostly younger folks, who didn’t even believe that there was a filter to clean. I know they thought that the dust just kept blowing around the flat or something prefer that, plus didn’t even believe or guess about the method having filtration on it. The new smart thermostats remind you when it is time to clean the filter plus this helps a lot for people prefer me who tend to forget about doing it. Sometimes I didn’t even realize that 3 weeks had already gone by since the last time it was cleaned. So this is why every one of us have to do a lot of repair calls at the beginning of the hot plus cold weeks. At least it keeps us scheduled for a while during those intense weather weeks.
