Changing to a larger oil furnace

My partner thought it was a fantastic system to turn the garage into a small home office; Our boys were 14 and 15 and tired of sharing a home office, then they were consistently at war over videogames, girls, hobbys, and everything else; My partner and I were tired of hearing them argue, so my partner decided to turn the garage into a small home office! Both of us clogged in all of the walls and added some insulation.

My partner decided to cut a space for a piece of air duct between the garage and the laundry room.

There is a single air vent in the laundry room, and my partner ducted this to the garage using some old vent covers; During the first frosty snap of the season, we turned on the oil furnace and found ourselves in a heap of trouble. The oil furnace was running consistently and none of the areas in our home were warm, and i immediately thought about the addition and the extra square footage that we added to our home. My partner decided to contact the heating provider to have them check on our oil furnace. The heating company company told my partner that the square footage was too large for our oil furnace. If we wanted sizzling air in all of the rooms, we were going to need to buy a larger oil furnace. Both of us were trying not to replace anything in the process, and we had a big decision on our hands. In the end, we decided to buy a small electric furnace to put in the room. Both of us closed off the duct section and that did help the oil furnace achieve maximum success.
