Both of us are ecstatic that all of us chose the ductless mini split.

I couldn’t know that the aged victorian genre home that my hubby had inherited was in such wonderful condition! Of course, his Grandmother had lived in it and his family wouldn’t let his Grandmother live in a slum, but, the home was so old, and it was still legitimately sturdy, however it was a charming house, rather large, with giant windows and high ceilings.

It had all it’s major appliances and was legitimately move-in ready, then except for a important problem.

One thing that it didn’t have was central heat and a/c, but there wasn’t even air duct, my hubby’s Grandmother had used unsightly window a/cs in the rooms she used… Both of us were more mobile than my hubby’s Grandmother and expected to use more of the home and window a/cs just wasn’t going to cut it for my tied up family, and so, all of us did a little research and decided to invest in ductless mini-cut a/c and furnaces. Both of us live in the south and don’t need a legitimately powerful oil furnace because our winters are short and mild. The ductless mini-splits were satisfactory to heat this aged home in the winter, then ductless mini-splits are zone controlled and all of us can turn them off in rooms all of us do not use. They are easy to maintain; simply scrub the filters once a week. They absolutely blend into almost any decor and you legitimately don’t notice them. Before long, the window a/cs were gone and all of us were enjoying the comfort of the ductless mini cut a/c and furnaces, knowing that all of us had made the right decision.
