I met a genuinely nice young man earlier this morning, who happened to be a heating and air conditioner specialist coming over to help with my HVAC system. When he arrived, my great friend and I mingled for a while, and he wished me a charming morning. He then went off to service the air conditioner device. Thankfully, with a skilled HVAC specialist like him, it didn’t take him long to service the heating and air conditioner at all. About 20 minutes later, when he finished the heating and cooling system repair, he was about ready to leave when I had an additional question for him. Recently, I have been having trouble with my smart control unit, maybe it’s just because I am old, but I am not great with this modern HVAC technology, or any cooling system technology for that matter. I asked him my question but he didn’t seem sure himself. He told me he would research it for me, and then he left. At this point, I didn’t think I would ever hear from him again, and I was just stuck figuring out the WIFI control component issue myself. However, the next morning I had a call from an unknown number, and when I picked it up, it was from him. He gave me step by step instructions on how to service the smart control unit, and to my amazement, it worked! I was surprised and genuinely grateful that he took time out of his morning to research the issue for me. I made sure to call his cooling company to tell them how pleased I was with his service.
